Program Overview
If you market IT products, you may find that your customers ask for a credible, third-party statement about a product's compatibility or its specific capabilities. Sometimes there is an industry certification program which provides such a statement, but often there is not. The "Verified by VeriTest" program responds to this need.
VeriTest will custom-design tests specific to your marketing goals using either internally developed or industry accepted standards. Products which pass these tests are awarded a prestigious "Verified by VeriTest" logo, featuring a specific statement backed by the VeriTest reputation. You may then use this logo on your product's packaging, your Web sites and on the product itself. As part of this program, VeriTest provides marketing cooperation, including a quote for a press release announcing certification, a "Verified by VeriTest" report posted on this site, and more.
Single Statement Logo
Perhaps you need to demonstrate compatibility with a specific Linux distribution or network management solution. Or perhaps you need to document your scalability in a multi-processor environment. VeriTest will work with you to define the message and the corresponding test, and will create a logo just for you: "Verified by VeriTest: Compatible with XYZ Linux" or "Supports Up to 200 Simultaneous Users."
General Statement Logo
Perhaps you need to demonstrate your support for a range of products within a specific technology group, such as a range of email servers, database backends or network management tools. Again, VeriTest will work with you to define the message and the corresponding test, and will create a logo just for you, such as: "Verified by VeriTest: Compatible with Microsoft SQL Server 2000, Oracle 8i, and IBM DB/2."
If you have a product that interacts with many third-party technologies, talk to VeriTest about an ongoing program. Such programs run a standardized series of tests with third-party products on a monthly or quarterly basis. We will handle all the administration, archiving, and tracking of these products and give you periodic "Verified by VeriTest" reports on what has been tested for compatibility with your most current release. VeriTest will maintain these lists on this site for easy reference along with complete technical reports, taking a major burden off your internal QA and technical support staff. We will even deliver attractive "Verified by VeriTest: Compatible with (Your Product)" logos to the marketing departments of third parties, and invite them to display their support for your technology!
